ESTIMATOR/SALES

AVAILABLE A.S.A.P.
We are seeking a motivated, experienced and professional field estimator to bolster residential and commercial sales. The best candidate will be able to manage various types of construction projects on budget, and on schedule. Candidate should possess the ability to estimate distances, perform construction measurements, and maneuver across driveways and parking lots. Responsible, and attention to detail, multi-task, proactive, personable, team player.

Requirements:
Proficient in blueprint reading, current codes, material and labor take offs from drawings. Good understanding of all trades.
Excellent verbal and written skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and estimating software.
Produce thorough and accurate estimates.
Must work well under pressure, have good time management and can meet deadlines.
MUST complete a project in a timely manner.
Bilingual in Spanish-English is a PLUS

This is a full-time permanent position with at least 3 - 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree. Combination of education and work experience in lieu is OK. Benefits available.
