End of the year notes

It appears to be that time of year again, when we have lots of rain and freezing tempratures. Pay attention and clean your property gutters to be free of leafs and casual dirt that clogs your down spouts.

On your paving and sidewalks, sweep sitting water off as tempratures over night can cause water to freeze and become slippery, especially if there is black ice in your area.

Drink water to keep your body hydrated to avoid getting dry skin and chap lips. Doctors recommend drinking at least 40% ounces of water in relation to your body weight per day. 

Avoid overeating on these holidays: Studies have shown that the main cause of the flu throughout the winter time is due to lack of exercise and eating too much unhealthy foods.
