Produced by the Transportation Information Center and the University of Wisconsin - Madison, the PASER Manual is widely used by facility and property managers, maintenance managers, plant managers, and building owners across the country to assist with evaluating the condition of pavements including parking lots. The manual describes varying types of defects and provides a simple system to visually rate pavement condition.
